卤水净化工序(距盐硝联产主装置300米)将真空制盐(我公司制盐车间的I、II组罐)的洗盐母液通过”两碱法”(NaOH、Na2CO3)连续净化，再加酸调节PH值制成

《QQ邮箱：2479261344@qq.com》精卤。精卤由加料泵送至EV-304(盐蒸发罐)加料,老卤在EV-304内沸腾蒸发结晶，析盐后其母液经溢流管在循环母液泵加压后，控制好循环量的大小按顺序进入HE-305、HE-306两预热器，经预热升温后进入EV-301(硝蒸发罐)进行沸腾蒸发结晶，析硝后其母液由气动阀根据本罐液位高低控制，依次进入EV-302、EV-303两闪发罐，进行两级闪发降温，再转入EV-304蒸发结晶析盐、母液不断循环，实现盐硝联产。
2．控制要求：
工艺上对重要控制点的要求有：母液循环量要与泵进行联锁、定时冲洗装置（指对液位变送器的上、下取压口及二次蒸汽的捕抹器）能进行手、自动两种状态并且自动时由程序执行；液位与流量串级控制并且控制输出与加料泵联锁即泵停阀门关闭；根据回水电导率表的高低判断冷凝水外排还是回收等；其余为单回路PID控制如加酸PH值调节等。
3．控制系统：
对一套年产18万吨盐和2万吨硝的盐硝联产生产装置，其I/O点数近200（卤水净化工序有40）个，具体点数为：模拟量输入AI(包括热电阻信号)为：110，模拟量输出AO为：35，开关量输入DI为：10，开关量输出DO为：35 。根据上面提出的具体要求和符合招、投标技术规范等，采用浙江浙大中控的JX-300X集散控制系统来完成整个的控制方案的实施与设备的投运等工作。在该系统中设立一个远程I/O机笼（共用一主控制卡）与远程操作站，它们与主控制室设备分别通过RS485总线及TCP/IP协议的细缆相连接。正因为设立了远程I/O机笼，节省了大量的变送器电缆及其它材料费用，也为系统日后的维护减轻工作量等。
